The hotel offers nice service and is located in a great and beautiful spot at the bottom of a hill. It is close enough to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and The Remarkable mountains. The building and rooms are new, providing an amazing view.

The location was perfectly comfortable and I could use private parking on site. The restaurant was REALLY NICE for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes.

Had really good stay in February and the weather was lovely. The breakfast was full cooked and above average with cheese offered, poached eggs, the gorgeous view, and the restaurant's offer was good! The location in a luxurious area was peaceful and there where the main shopping centre and shopping centres nearby. Plus there was a lake, within 85 minutes walk or so.

I had a great time staying as the place was perfect for families and offered amazing lake views from my room, with professional staff befitting its 4-star status.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful especially the driver of the courtesy bus that took us to town.

Bathroom fittings were old and breaking.

The double room with a view was impressive, and the breakfast with a view was lovely, the location was great and lovely for traveling.

Very comfortable rooms. The shuttle bus into Queenstown was very good: very helpful young driver.

Unlike most motels we stayed in there was no facility for making our own breakfast. However, it was very comfortable indeed. Parking was not available near our unit.

To close to the road, outdated heater, poor TV reception, no table or sofa in room, bath with integrated shower, no hooks to hang your clothes in bathroom, no power plug close to desk.

Enjoyed my stay back in February. the room with two beds was nice and had a balcony, a bathroom, and 24-hour Wifi 🌟.

The location and view was amazing, the bed could do with updating but that would be the only bad thing to say. Everything else was execellent, including our lovely hostess. Diffenetly staying there again, but longer next time

Reasonably priced hotel located right by the airport and the city. Great location within walking distance to downtown, with a lake and mountains right opposite. - Nice and perfect location just feet away from Sherwood.

A quiet place to stay, easy to find and, at the time of our stay, enough parking.Thank you.

The bed and pillows were large, the room was recently renovated. The full cooked breakfast was classic, included outstanding dishes. The hotel's location was nice about to hop on free shuttle to city centre. The staff provided good service and helped us with baggage.
